|Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or Personalized items.
I do my utmost to create and sell quality items. In every way possible I try to accurately represent the item listed. If you purchase an item from me and it does not fit or you decide you don't like it, I will give you store credit for the item or you may exchange it for something else in my shop (if you return the item by mail within 30 days from when you received it).
If, however, I have misrepresented the item in some way and you contact me within 48 hours you may return the item for a refund. I will then expect to receive the item back within 7 days. I will happily issue a refund for the cost of the item (I am not able to refund the cost of shipping) granted the item is returned to me in the same condition it was in when sent. Also, I request that all returned items are sent with Delivery Confirmation and that the Delivery Confirmation number is sent to me once the package is mailed.
